On the day
Carry your e-ticket on your phone, with the screen brightness up for scanning.
Bring a government-issued photo ID; the name should match the ticket where the event requires it.
Arrive early — gates usually open 60 minutes before the start time shown on the event page.
Age limits
Some events are 18+ or 21+. Age limits are listed on the event page, and venues may refuse entry without a refund if you can't show valid ID.
Prohibited items
Unless the event page says otherwise, venues don't allow:
outside food and drink;
professional cameras and recording equipment;
weapons, fireworks or flammable items;
large bags — lockers may not be available.
Conduct and safety
Follow instructions from venue staff and security. The organiser may remove anyone behaving unsafely, without a refund. Re-entry is at the organiser's discretion.
