What we collect

We collect only what we need to run your bookings and improve BMT:

Account details — name, email address, phone number and password (stored hashed).

Booking details — events, ticket packages, quantities and buyer information you enter at checkout.

Payment details — the payment method you choose. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partners; we never store full card numbers.

Usage data — pages viewed, searches and device information, collected with cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

How we use it

to issue tickets and send booking confirmations to your email;

to share the attendee details an organiser needs to admit you to the event;

to prevent fraud and keep accounts secure;

to recommend events, where you've agreed to receive recommendations.

We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the organiser of the event you book, payment and messaging providers that act on our instructions, and authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 8 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of you closing it, unless we must keep it longer by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and nominate someone to exercise your rights on your behalf.
