About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BidMyTix website, mobile site and apps (together, the “Platform”), operated by BidMyTix (“BET”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, browsing events or booking tickets you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from this page.
Category-specific terms, such as the Event Booking Terms or Organiser Terms, apply in addition to these Terms. If they conflict, the category-specific terms win for that category.
Your account
You can browse as a guest, but you need an account to complete a booking. When you sign up you agree to:
give accurate details, including a working email address and phone number;
keep your password private and tell us straight away if you suspect misuse;
be at least 18, or use the Platform with a parent or guardian's consent.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, attempt fraud, or resell tickets in breach of an organiser's rules.
Our role
BMT is a marketplace. Events are created and run by independent organisers, who are responsible for the event itself, its line-up, venue, timings and safety. We facilitate discovery, ticket sales and payments on their behalf.
Acceptable use
You must not:
use bots, scripts or other automated means to buy tickets or scrape the Platform;
buy tickets for resale above face value where the organiser prohibits it;
interfere with the Platform's security, or access another user's account;
post content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes anyone's rights.
Liability
We work hard to keep the Platform accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim where you live.
