Listing an event
Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, including date, venue, line-up, ticket packages, age limits and event-specific terms. Listings are reviewed before they go live.
Payouts
Ticket revenue, minus agreed commission and taxes, is paid out within 7 working days after the event. For multi-day events, payouts may be made in stages as agreed in your contract.
Cancellations
If you cancel or materially change an event, you must tell us at least 48 hours before start time where possible. Customers are refunded in full, and refunds are recovered from future or held payouts.
