Payment methods
You can pay with a credit or debit card, a bank virtual account (BCA, BNI, Mandiri or another bank), or an e-wallet (Gopay, OVO, LinkAja, ShopeePay). Available methods are shown on the Payment page.
Pending payments
For virtual accounts and e-wallets, your tickets are held while we wait for payment. The Waiting for Payment screen shows the time left; if payment isn't received in time, the hold is released and the tickets go back on sale.
Security
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant partners over encrypted connections. BMT never asks for your card PIN or one-time password by phone, email or chat.
